How to Register & Activate Your Indigo Credit Card?
Before being able to use your new Indigo credit card you will have to activate it. Activating and registering your card is fairly simple and should only take a few minutes if you follow our step-by-step activation guide. Once activated you’ll be able to use your new credit card immediately.
Method 1: Activate Your Indigo Card By Phone
You can activate your Indigo card by calling their automated system at 1-800-353-5920. You’ll need to provide your full card number, date of birth and social over the phone in order to get your card activated.
You can also call the main customer service number at 1-866-946-9545 if you’re having issues with the automated system.
*If you choose phone activation you will still need to go online to register for the MyIndigoCard portal so that you can manage your account online.
Method 2: Activate Your Indigo Card Online
- Start by going to www.indigocard.com/activate and clicking “Register Your Account”.
- On the next page you’ll be asked to type in your full card number, date of birth and social security number. Click “Continue to Next Step” to advance.
- In the next step you’ll need to provide your email address, and choose a username and password for online access to our account.>
After you have successfully registered for the online account your card will be activated.
For online account access you can then go to www.MyIndigoCard.com and enter your username and password. Here you can manage all account activity, make a one-time payment or setup monthly autopay, view all account activity, view available credit, get priority support and so much more!

The Indigo credit card has been designed for people who have poor credit scores and are looking to rebuild their scores. With a low spending limit it is considered a stepping stone card for those that are having trouble getting approved for other credit cards.
